Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1) Valid for all the purchases between January 21st - January 31st, 2021
2) Valid for new sales/purchase & not applicable on replacements transactions.  
3) Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Mobile Outfitters, partners of Mobile Outfitters, employees of partner companies, and authorized resellers are not eligible to win. Additionally, immediate family or household members of the aforementioned parties are not eligible to win. 
4) The giveaway will close on January 31st, 2021 at 11:59 PM. 
5) The winners will be chosen at random and announced on February 1st, 2021 on Instagram Live on @mobileoutfittersgcc. 
6) The winners will be notified through the email provided and/or an Instagram Direct Message. If no response is received after three business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. The winners must claim their prize in person by February 4th, 2021 at their preferred Mobile Outfitters location. 
7) The prize must be collected by the Winner and is non-transferable.
8) The winners of this giveaway agree to have their photo/video taken and used in any/all marketing by Mobile Outfitters 
9) The Winner should bring proof of ID & a copy of the invoice. 

Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, the Entrant ("You") agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respect. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor's sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decision as final and binding as it relates to this giveaway.
